C.P.Land’s The Season Srinakarin Condo offers promotion hot deal Selected 8 units at THB0.96 Million after securing 60% of ownership transfer
C.P. Land PCL is ready to gear up its present in the residential market after it has successfully tested the water with ‘The Season Srinakarin’ condominium that already saw 60% of ownership transfer. It plans to whet market appetite further by offering special promotion campaign for eight 26 square-meters studio units, starting at THB0.969 million, from today to December 15. Despite adverse effect on sales from political unrest over the past months, the company still sees growing residential demand and healthy growth prospect next year.

Land has on October 22 completed registration process to become a public company and is preparing to consistently introduce new residential projects, said Mrs.Suwanna Kiartsritara, Assistant Vice President — Market & Sales C.P.Land PLC. The company has tapped the medium-end condominium market with a completely-built project The Season Srinakarin. Of the total 504 units, some 60% have been transferred and resided. Besides the aforementioned deal for the eight selected units, the company also provides a special offer for fully-furnished units at the price of THB1.15 million for a studio and THB1.59 million for a one-bedroom unit valid through December 15.
“The Season Srinakarin project is C.P. Land’s latest attempt to test the medium-end condominium market. Although this segment may have been affected over the past 1-2 years by political and economic conditions, but sales are considered successful given relatively low marketing budget set for this project. Given improving economic conditions and growing residential demand, this project should be completely sold out within next year,” said Suwanna.
