Novotel Bangkok Fenix Silom marks important Thai holiday with launch of signature brunch and one-day-only promotion
The Square at Novotel Bangkok Fenix Silom will launch its signature Sunday brunch on Father’s Day, December 5, when the hotel’s all-day dining venue likewise will feature a special promotion for celebrating one of Thailand’s most important holidays.
The Square’s Chef Visanu has created a memorable brunch for the occasion that includes Fine de Claire oysters, pan-seared foie gras with apricot jam, New Zealand lamb rack, oven-roasted prime rib and many more delicacies. Other cuisines available include stations serving Japanese sushi and sashimi as well as Indian kebabs and curries.
Fathers and the whole family will finish brunch on a sweet note with Italian-style gelato ice cream along with choices from a cr๊pe suzette station and an international cheese selection.
Father’s Day Brunch is available December 5, 2010 only and is priced at THB 760++. A drinks package at THB 340++ includes unlimited refills on beer, wine, soft drinks, juices and house special cocktails.
