Property Care Services (Thailand) Ltd. or “PCS”, Thailand's leading international facilities services provider, has officially announced the appointment of Mani Khongmaly as General Manager, PCS Southern (Phuket Base). Her primary role is to oversee the PCS business for the South of Thailand from PCS’Phuket branch.
Mani brings a dynamic western style of management and leadership with a Thai touch to PCS with experience she gained working and living in the USA. She possesses a strong skill set for general management with a combined 20 year background in client services, logistics, operations, sales management and business entrepreneurialism.
Her philosophy of continuous Commitment to Excellent Service, Positive Attitude, and Team and Client relationship-building style will raise the bar of PCS’ southern operations.
Mani said, ‘ I'd like to let all my staff know that I am an open minded person and welcome everyones' feedback on how to improve our work environment, build strong teamwork, and how to provide better service to our clients. I welcome cost savings and continuous improvement ideas, as well. She added, “I enjoy getting involved and interacting with team members and will work hard to get to know each team member. I have a very easy going personality but at the same time am very committed to a job well done.”
