The Government Complex Commemorating His Majesty, Chaeng Wattana Road: November 16, 2010 — Bangkok Service And Provision Company Limited and Dhanarak Asset Development Company Limited (DAD) hold a press conference on preparedness for “Easy Home Sales 2010”, Thailand’s first home sale fair under the concept of “Beautiful, Low-priced, Good and Quality” where over 30 property companies including Lalin Property, Supalai, L.P.N., Sena Development, the Baan Dhanarak housing development and etc will introduce more than 50 projects in Bangkok and vicinity. Booths from various sponsors including Air Asia, Pepsi, KPN Music Academy and etc will be also presented. Mr. Pongsathorn Phaoborom, Managing Director of Bangkok Service And Provision Co., Ltd. (Bangkok SP) says that after the Company launched “Easy Home Sales 2010”, Thailand’s first home sale fair, there are currently more than 30 property firms committing to join including Lalin Property, Supalai, L.P.N. Development, Sena Development, M.K. Real Estate, NC Housing as well as the Baan Dhanarak housing development and etc. Most of the housing and condominium projects shown in the fair are located in Bangkok and vicinity with more than 50 projects. There will be also booths from various banks and financial institutions which will provide housing loan, for example, Bangkok Bank, the Government Saving Bank, Thai Military Bank and Krung Thai Bank. Also, the sponsors of the fair are interested in exhibiting booth including Air Asia, Pepsi and KPN Music Academy.
Promotions at “Easy Home Sales 2010” will be prizes for visitors including one set of BlackBerry mobile phone a day and the grand prize, Nissan March with the total marketing campaign budget of more than Baht 500,000. The Company expects around 30,000-40,000 visitors attending the fair a day and sales of over Baht 150 million. The fair will be held during November 25-28, 2010. If this fair gets a good response from visitors, the Company will hold “Easy Home Sales” every year by the end of the year, the grand home sale to farewell the year under the concept of “Beautiful, Low-priced, Good and Quality”, Mr. Pongsathorn adds.

(DAD), as the owner of the exhibition area, discloses about the advantage of holding a fair at the Government Complex Commemorating His Majesty on Chaeng Wattana Road that the complex is very suitable for holding a home fair as it is located in an area with convenient transportation where more than 10 lines of buses and bus vans pass. The area is also facilitated with modern utilities, shops, restaurants, car park of more than 10,000 lots. Particularly, the area at the multi-purpose plaza of B Building where the fair will be held has a total usable space of more than 5,000 square metre. DAD expects it will be able to facilitate visitors at “Easy Home Sales 2010” to choose housing units with discount price.

Those interested can receive an application form from November 20 onwards at KPN Music Academy, Central Chaeng Wattana Branch or on the contest date without any fee. The contest will be held for 2 days on November 27 and 28, 2010 which will select a winner each day. The winner will get the prize of Baht 5,000 and 2 seats of Bangkok-Singapore return air ticket.
