ING Life Limited recently held a gala awards presentation ceremony for its top performing agents in the second and third quarters of 2010. At this special event, ING Life Limited's Acting Co-CEO Poolap Penkitti recognized the achievements of 29 agents and 18 agency vice presidents from across Thailand who surpassed their performance targets while providing superior service to their customers and demonstrating the highest ethical standards in the industry. The event was held at the Siam Kempinski Hotel in Bangkok.
“We are exceedingly proud of the accomplishments of these outstanding men and women who demonstrate through their actions the true competitive spirit and drive that underlies ING Life's success in this market and around the world,” said Poolap Penkitti, Acting Co-CEO, ING Life Limited. “It is no secret that ING Life Limited, like many companies in our industry, has faced a number of challenges this year, but the exceptional agents who are being honored at this ceremony have been able to turn adversity into opportunity and ultimately to business success. They serve as great role models for all of ING Life Limited's agents in Thailand.”
Real team spirit and company pride was very evident during the ceremony and was voiced by all of the winning agents regardless of how long they have been with ING Life Limited.
“I just joined ING Life Limited in March of this year and am very proud to receive this prestigious award,” said Kijkriangkrai Janmanee, Lion Born MN Unit, Ratchadapisek, who was named Agent of the Quarter with the highest First Year Commissions (FYC) for Q2. “This award does not just belong to me, but to my whole team, who have all contributed to this great achievement. This success has inspired me to continue to make the most of my skills and capabilities, while working hard to win this award every quarter going forward.”
“I have been with ING Life Limited for 4 years now and this is the first time I have received this award, so I am extremely proud and honored,” said Krittaya Sutthithampanich, Papangkorn Unit, Ratchadapisek, who was named Agent of the Quarter with the highest FYC for Q3. “This achievement and the recognition I have received will motivate me to continue developing my abilities and honing my skills in order to be qualified to move into the management ranks in the near future.”
