Fitch Ratings (Thailand) Limited has today assigned a final 'AA-(tha)' National Long-term rating to Holcim Capital (Thailand) Ltd.'s (HCT) THB2bn debentures due 2015. The Outlook is Stable. The debentures are guaranteed by Holcim Ltd (Holcim; Long-Term Issuer Default Rating: 'BBB'/Stable Outlook).
The rating action follows the completion of the debentures issue as well as receipt of documents conforming to information previously received. The final rating is the same as the expected rating assigned on 12 October 2010.
