Belgian chef Peter has published a bestselling book on the art of grilling and was the World Champion BBQ expert in 2003 — making his skills perfectly suited to PRIME, one of Bangkok’s finest steak and grill restaurants. PRIME promises choice cuts of grain-fed beef from Australia, the USA and Japan and to our celebrated classic a la carte menu, Chef Peter will be adding his own signature dishes, with 6 new dishes available nightly, and even creating a decadent 7-course set menu, expertly paired with fine wines to be served to just 10 guests in the private Prime Wine Room. To kick off the event a VIP Guest Cocktail party will be held on November 24th in Prime’s Champagne Lounge, from 6.30 p.m. Local celebrities and high-fliers can mingle with the man behind the magic and sample a creative cocktail menu, with Chef Peter’s dishes prepared lovingly in miniature.
For those with a hands-on approach to fine dining, a grilling master class will be held on Saturday, November 27th — with participants joining the chef for a four-course lunch of his favorite dishes after they have learned the tricks of the trade.
