Ms.Lily Undomkhunnatum, Managing Director of Burasari Group has promoted Mr.Preeda Praphasri to Executive Chef of Shanghai Mansion Hotel, the only boutique hotel in Chinatown.
Mr.Preeda got many experiences in term of Chinese menu cooking. He started in 1992 with Chinese Seafood restaurant. Then he transferred to Liew Youn restaurant in 2002. Next he moved to Evergreen Laural Hotel in 2006. After that in 2009 he worked at Steak Sue San as a chef for Chinese kitchen. Mr.Preeda will now create a wonderful menu especially in Chinese food for Cotton Jazz Bar Shanghai Mansion Hotel.
