Throughout December, V9 Wine Bar and Restaurant at Sofitel Bangkok Silom, invites you to delight in tantalizing Foie Gras. Artfully prepared by Executive Chef Boris Cuzon, the menu includes a delicious array of Foie Gras dishes. Choose from ‘Poached Foie Gras in Red Wine and Spices’, ‘Foie Gras Springrolls’, ‘Pan-Fried Foie Gras with Truffle Sauce’ and many more delicious ones. Price starts from Baht 560 net.
Complement your Foie Gras dishes with a selection of 150 imported fine wines from our extensive Wine Cellar, where our sommelier will help you select the perfect bottle to compliment your dishes or to take home. As always, wines by the bottles are available at retail prices.
