Terrazza Restaurant & bar is presenting a special dining experience with a delectable variety of award winning dishes from Thailand’s International Culinary Cup 2010. The high light dish is “Seafood open Lasagna with Wasabi Veloute and Vegetable Compote”, the golden medal winner from Pasta Freestyle Cooking Contest. Unlike other Lasagna that is readymade in a large pan before serving, the award winning Lasagna made by IMPACT culinary chef is cooked individually dish by dish. Each layer is filled with a large amount of fresh seafood and crispy-tender green asparagus. Vegetable compote and light green Wasabi veloute is also an unexpected but a perfect match to give both an outstanding flavor and looks so good too.
