Guest of signature dining venue The Square at Novotel Bangkok Fenix Silom will enjoy lavish buffets during the festive season.
Christmas
The Square is offering both a Christmas Day brunch and Christmas Eve/Day dinner this year. The brunch will feature Festive Turkey with Cranberry Stuffing, Roasted Ham with Honey, Butter-Poached Lobster with Creamy Lobster Broth, and Herb-Infused Mussels and Prawns. The Square Chef will also be proposing Belon, Fine de Claire, Kumamoto and Sydney rock Oysters, alongside with all-time favourite Alaskan King Crab. And as a piece de resistance, and a showpiece for this unique event, Label Rouge Foie Gras produced according to French traditional farming methods will be served with Toasted Brioche and Fig Jam.
Seasonal desserts will include traditional Christmas pudding, Yule log cake, traditional stolen as well as panettone and pandoro cakes.
Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet on 24 December 2010 is priced at THB 1,200++ and includes beverage package (unlimited refills of beer, wine, soft drinks, juices and cocktails). Christmas Day Brunch Buffet on 25 December 2010 is priced at THB 1,000++ including beverage package (unlimited refills of beer, wine, soft drinks, juices and cocktails).
New Year’s
More superb buffets bring 2010 to a memorable end and start 2011 on a gourmet note. New Year’s Eve at The Square and Wake-Me-Up Brunch at The Square will offer many of the same seasonal specialities as above in addition to, for instance, roasted Angus prime rib and sirloin station, cold poached seafood on ice with accompaniments and sauces, and desserts including chocolate terrine, chocolate and cognac mousse, a selection of cheesecakes and fresh fruit tarts, and many more sweet temptations.
New Year’s Eve at The Square on 31 December 2010 is priced at THB 1,400++ and includes beverage package (unlimited refills of beer, wine, soft drinks, juices and cocktails). Wake-Me-Up Brunch at The Square on 1 January 2011 is priced at THB 1,000++ including beverage package (unlimited refills of beer, wine, soft drinks, juices and cocktails).
