December is one of the months that everyone looks forward to. It’s a time of feasts and celebrations. To commemorate one of December’s most widely celebrated holiday’s, Khun Charlie, the celebrity chef from San Francisco, and his culinary team are preparing a traditional Christmas feast with a twist that will only be found at The Anna.
For those who prefer a classic Christmas meal, Khun Charlie suggests his Combo Platter Set which consists of honey glazed ham and roast turkey accompanied by mushroom gravy. This dish is served with mashed potatoes and assorted green vegetables. The resulting meal tastes so good you could swear that it came directly from your grandma’s kitchen!
For those who prefer something lighter, our celebrity chef recommends his special Norwegian Stuffed Salmon Set. This tasty offering is one of Khun Charlie’s original recipes that was created exclusively for the two day Christmas celebration. This dish is truly different from other salmon dishes. The salmon is seasoned with fresh ingredients, stuffed with shrimp, asparagus, cheese and raisins and cooked at just the right temperature before being served with a raspberry cream sauce! This unique combination of tastes produces a result that is perfect, if not magnificent!
Both menus offerings consist of 4-courses that include: vegetable soup, a green salad with Italian dressing, and a choice of carrot cake or a plate of seasonal fresh fruit. For the unbelievable price Bht. 650.00++ per set, diners who order either set menu selection will also receive a complementary glass of sparkling wine. Reservations are highly recommended during the two-day celebration.
For diners with an especially acute sweet tooth, the slice of a carrot care that comes with the set menus could be replaced by, or combined with a slice of ‘Chocolate Crepe Amour’, the new talk-of-the-town cake that originated at The Anna Restaurant. In case any diner is less than a chocolate fanatic, this multi-layer cake also comes in with a strawberry flavor. We guarantee either delectable dessert will be a case of love at first bite!
