V9 Wine Bar and Restaurant, Sofitel Bangkok Silom, led by Christian Schlegel, Hotel Manager, together with Diageo Moet Hennessy (Thailand) Ltd., recently organised Moet & Chandon and Patrick Jeffroy, 2 Stars Michelin Guest Chef… 3 Evenings of “Intimate French Affiar”.
This culinary journey started with a cocktail reception and was presented by Mr.Jonathan Loney, Moet Hennesy’s Marketing Director. V9 VIP’s guests enjoyed a delectable menu creation of 4 courses by Chef Patrick Jeffroy from Brittany, France, playfully paired with tantalizing Moet & Chandon Champagne, one of the world's largest champagne producers and the prominent champagne, while taken pleasure in a spectacular view of Bangkok’s breathtaking skyline from the 37th Floor.
