Seksant Boonserm(5th right), Certifications Manager of Intertek Testing Services recently presented an ISO 9001:2008 certificate to Philippe Le Bourhis (6th right), General Manager of Novotel Bangkok on Siam Square together with the management team. The successful ISO certification was made through management systems, an accredited registrar that performs assessments of management systems in line with national and international quality standards requirements. The hotel has received the certification for 10 consecutive years.
