Within the framework of international brand recognition, focusing on specific studies, Turkish Airlines has made a deal with the world number one female tennis player, Caroline Wozniacki.
Caroline Wozniacki was chosen to become the new face of Turkish Airlines Business Class brand, will come together with tennis lovers in communications mainly in Europe. Danish tennis player of Polish origin, will represent Turkish Airlines on commercials and public relations activities for 3 years.
A 20-year-old tennis player, Caroline Wozniacki who is shown as the most promising young tennis player, completed first in the year 2010. Also holds the title of best young player in world tennis ranking, Wozniacki was awarded by the International Tennis Federation as the world champion. Expected to receive the grand slam award in 2011, the tennis player achieved 12 championship of tennis tournament so far. Wozniacki also achieved the best tennis player award in 2008 by Women's Tennis Association (WTA).
