In the midyear we introduced new executives who would be the keys to push forward the performances of each segment in order to achieve our targets. We are spending a large amount of budget on human resources, which involves all process from the recruitment, the performance improvement, the organizational structure development and the compensation restructure. “TSL also realizes the importance of corporate social responsibility (CSR).
