A talented Indian Chef Anil has made his way to an outstanding reputation by creating works of art, challenging the culinary standards, and incorporating flavors from different ethnic and exotic Indian backgrounds in his exquisite dishes. His passion for food and attention to details is clearly evident through the effort that he assigns not only to the taste but to the unique presentation of his succulent dishes. His voyages around India and its cultural influences are depicted in the selection of ingredients and spices. He is adept with all authentic recipes of both North and South Indian dishes.
His professional experience started in India more than 15 years ago where he worked in several restaurants, hotels and pubs. Prior to join Ramada Plaza Menam Riverside, he had worked for “Nazim”, the best Indian restaurant in Lao PDR for 11 years. He is getting ready to head up Indian culinary, create Indian menu and prepare Indian dishes for all events at the Terrace@72 Restaurant & Bar.
