Mr. Kanit Sukonthaman (fourth left), President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), recently presided over the opening of the seminar on “State Enterprise Performance Assessment Criteria on Organizational Management”, held at EXIM Thailand’s Head Office. Featuring talks on guidelines on how to answer the Board Evaluation questionnaire, the seminar was organized as part of the project to promote corporate governance (CG) among the seven government banks, which was aimed to enable the participating banks to share knowledge and experience in adopting CG principles to create highest value enhance confidence of stakeholders. Mr. Waitune Pokachaipat (third left), Senior Vice President of Thai Rating and Information Services Corporation Limited, was the keynote speaker at the seminar.
