Mr. Stanley Chan (far left), Hotel General Manager joined by Mr. Pierre Yves-Viou (far right), Resident Manager, welcomed Mr. and Mrs. Andy Kramer as the first paying guest registered to Novotel Bangkok Fenix Ploenchit when the hotel first opens its door. A welcome bouquet, festive champagne along with a letter from the GM were warmly presented. The lucky couple also received a two-night stay in our suite for a five consecutive years.
