Hong Kong Fisherman celebrates the year 2011 with a special Snow fish Teriyaki. Two large pieces of Snow Fish was deep fried till golden to create a distinctive crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Then, topped with an intense Teriyaki sauce and served on a hot pan. The Snow fish Teriyaki will be served through this January at Hong Kong Fisherman Suki & Restaurant, located at lobby Hall 8 of IMPACT Exhibition Center, Muang Thong Thani.
