Bangkok--13 Jan--Professional Media Business Mr. Suphot Wiratyosin, vice president of Sanyo (Thailand), revealed that the company has spend 20 million baht on SANYO MINI SHOP, a project to renovate display areas for distributors nationwide by providing showcases for cold-chain products namely coolers, freezers, wine coolers, refrigerators and microwave ovens. At the beginning, the project will be implemented at 100 top retailers of each province. The project is expected to be complete in December 2011, which will help raising Santo’s share from 21% to 26%. “The project is a part of Sanyo’s CRM activities with the objective to make our distributors’ display areas look attractive to modern families as well as to facilitate customers looking for cold-chain products by demonstrating their operations through LCD monitors,” Suphot said. The new decorations include light-blue walls with neon lamps embedded on the top, 15 - 20 mm thick formica plywood floors, customizable 9-slot white shelves for placing fridges (available in 9 colors) and other products, wood frame counters with removable racks, inner slots and optional plugs. The first store with the new design is Poonsin Electric store in Kanchanaburi province. Meet new images of our distributor shops in your neighborhoods soon.
