Vertex Standard, a leading Japanese maker of two-way radios and communications solutions, today announced its expansion plans in Thailand with a solution portfolio designed for commercial and industrial customers.
The introduction of Vertex Standard in Thailand is part of its growth plans to gain a stronger presence in the Asia Pacific region.

Commercial MarineAir band Amateur Accessories and Peripherals In Thailand the Company has introduced its compact portable and mobile radio portfolios which include the VX-151, VX-2100/2200, VX-410/420, VX-820, FM-9012, FH-915, FH-912, and VX231 being added shortly to the portfolio. They come with a die-cast chassis, making it solid and rugged for every day communications required by commercial and industrial users.

The radios offer channel capacity ranging from 16 channels to 501 channels, with a number of features including individual or group paging ability with built-in DTMF ANI for selective paging requirements, supported by high-speed scanning capability with various scanning options and a high-powered audio feature that is ideal for noisy environments.
In addition, they come equipped with Auto-Range Transpond System — ARTS?, a smart feature to keep workers coordinated when they are out of communication range. The radios also have long battery life span with an intelligent saver mode that helps to maximize and save power consumption.
Availability
The Vertex Standard models — Land Mobile Radios FH915, VX151, VX820, VX4100 and VX4200 and VX2100/2200 and FH9012 and FH912 for Amateur Radio are now retailing at all leading channel outlets in Bangkok. Vertex Standard plans to progressively introduce a full line-up of its product portfolio in the coming months.
