Bangkok--17 Jan--JW Marriott Bangkok
Nian Gao is a wonderfully sweet treat that no one should miss when Chinese New Year comes around. Traditionally made in China to appease the grumpy Kitchen God one week before the Spring Festival, the Nian Gao is a sweet steamed cake made from glutinous rice flour, dried fruit and peen tong which is a traditional candy. JW Marriott Bangkok’s Nian Gao is the best in town. It is handmade by the expert chef at Man Ho Chinese Restaurant and offered in a variety of sizes and flavors, including traditional coconut milk. Available at the JW Marriott Bangkok from January 7th.
