For welcoming the year of the Rabbit! Master Chef Wong Kam-Yau of Liu, Chinese restaurant at Conrad Bangkok, introduces the highlighted dishes as Treasure raw fish salmon salad “Yee Sang” and “Baked lucky Chicken” for the family to celebrate together during 2 — 16 February 2011.
Other recommended dishes are Superior shark’s fin with crab meat and crab roe, Barbecued Suckling pig Hong Kong style, Braised abalone with black mushrooms, Sesame dumplings with ginkgo nut and dried and much more.
Chinese set lunch is at Baht 999++ and 1,288++ per person and “Gong Hei Fat Choi” set dinner for 10 persons is available at Baht 16,800++. Special a la carte and regular menus are also available.
Every table will receive Ang Pao (red envelopes) and also Mandarin oranges.
