Do Good Deeds Every Day Project by dtac joined hands with Royal Thai Army for the 3rd consecutive year to in organize Children’s Day activities on January 8th, 2011 at Royal Thai Army’s yard. This year, dtac booth which was decorated in red, dark blue and white — the color of Thai flag- provided opportunities through fun and entertaining games for children to learn of civic duties along with the awareness on global warming and their important roles in helping preserve the natural environment. Children are encouraged to sign their names in our list as their commitment to help protect the environment.
Moreover, dtac also cooperated with Thai Air Asia airline and Office of the Basic Education Commission (OBEC) to organize special project: “Flying the kids on board with Air Asia new aircraft’ by taking the leader kids from “Say NO to Violence Against Women and Kids” -- the royal initiative project of Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha - for an eye-opening trip to various sites in Bangkok. The kids from Satrirachanutid School, Srirakech Widthayalai School, Patcharakidtiyapha School and Serpler-Witthayakhom School from Udon Thani province. By joining this activity, they got the first-hand experience flying on board Air Asia aircraft, visiting Siam Ocean World, and watching Khon performance at Sala Chalerm Krung. In addition, they are taken to do voluntary activities for the female detainees at the Corrections Institution. The activity took place on January 6-7, 2010.
