Her Royal Highness Princess Ubolratana graciously presided over Rattana Bundit University Graduation Ceremony year 2011 (RBAC) at Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition Centre (BITEC) on January 16, 2011. In this ceremony, there are news 2,500 graduates who completed their postgraduate and undergraduate degrees.
