Novotel Bangkok Fenix Silom’s signature dining venue resumes special pricing for expansive buffet
The Square, Novotel Bangkok Fenix Silom’s signature all-day dining venue, has quickly become one of downtown’s most stylish and exciting additions to the dining scene, the restaurant having opened in truly grand style with a highly popular grand opening buffet offer. However, there’s no reason for the festivities to end. With its latest offer, The Square extends the celebratory mood and tempts guests with continued irresistible pricing: from January 15, 2011 the sumptuous buffet, now with even more high-quality choices, is priced at only THB 399 net per person (adult) and THB 239 net per person (child) for lunch and THB 499 net per person (adult) and THB 299 net per person (child) for dinner.
Guests will enjoy a wide range of cuisines prepared in The Square’s theatre-style open kitchen where skilled chefs perform with ้lan. Great views of Bangkok through floor-to-ceiling windows likewise make for a lively, contemporary ambience.
It’s a setting to inspire the appetite, and The Square’s buffet choices are certainly nothing short of inspirational. Among delicacies prepared at the live grill station are salmon steak, seabass fillet and choice meats flown in from Australia and New Zealand. The steamer station features superior dim sum and tasty steamed buns. At the Japanese station chefs will be creating a selection of high-grade sashimi, sushi and maki rolls along with favourites such as California maki roll, while cooking at the tandoori station will be specialities such as succulent chicken tikka and paneer kebabs served with crispy naan bread. Seafood treats available only during the dinner buffet include freshly poached prawns and mussels infused with Thai herbs as well as oysters served with condiments.
This memorable buffet ends on a dulcet note at The Square’s sweet corner featuring homemade cakes, tarts, ice creams and chocolate pralines.
