Bangkok--19 Jan--124 Communication One Asset Management Limited in cooperation with Nomura Securities Public Company Limited is launching Trinity Property Fund (TNPF), an attractive property fund to invest in serviced apartment and shopping malls located in the heart of Bangkok’s CBD area -Silom Soi 5 —one of the most crowded and all-time-favorite hive for both business persons and shoppers. They will conduct an initial public offering (IPO) among general investors during February 9-16 with an investment value of Baht 710 million. One Asset Management Limited is appointed as the fund manager with Capital Nomura Securities Public Company Limited as the underwriter. Mr.Monrat Phadungsit, President, One Asset Management Limited, the fund manager of Trinity Property Fund (TNPF) revealed that TNPF received approval for the fund from the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 30, 2010 and marked the initial public offering period for February 9-16, 2011. “Due to the fact that the deposit interest rate is relatively low, investors are looking for an alternative investment that can create wealth and give an attractive return. A property fund is thus an attractive choice,” said One Asset’s President “The freehold Trinity Property Fund (TNPF) offers four-year, guaranteed minimum revenue at 65.7, 66.7, 67.1 and 67.1 million baht, respectively. It plans to change to a hotel once permission is granted. The retail space that TNPF will invest in is called “Mall 1” and “Glow Trinity Silom Arcade” with net lettable area of approximately 431.35 sq.m. and 3,812.05 sq.m., respectively. The total net lettable area is 4,243.40 sq.m.
