Siam Commercial Bank names Mr. Thevan Vichitakul as Director effective January 18, 2011.
Mr. Thevan is an industry's veteran who has shared his extensive experiences in leading companies and institutions which include the Ministry of Finance, Director General of the Treasury Department, Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Dhanarak Asset Development Company Limited, member of the Board of Directors at the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Bank of Thailand, Bangchak Petroleum Public Company Limited, and NCC Management and Development Company Limited. Mr. Thevan is currently the Inspector General of the Ministry of Finance, and a member of the Board of Directors at the Electricity Generating Authority of Thailand and the Erawan Hotel Public Company Limited
Mr. Thevan holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Industrial Engineering) from Chulalongkorn University and a Master’s Degree in Economics (Business Economics), Thammasat University.
