Mr. Thomas Christiansen, General Manager of Grand Millennium Sukhumvit is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Victor Burgos as “Spanish Chef - Manager” at Tapas Y Vino Restaurant effective 15th January 2011 onwards.
Chef Victor Burgos, a talented Spanish national, joining Grand Millennium Sukhumvit with his plenteous experience in culinary field throughout Europe and Asia including various five stars restaurants and hotels namely Grand Hotel Bahia del Duque in Spain, El Chaflan Restaurant (1 star Michelin) in Spain, The Berkeley Hotel in England, Le Teta y la Luna Restaurant in Spain, Aman New Delhi in India. Prior to joining Grand Millennium Sukhumvit, Chef Victor was the Sous Chef at the Five-star resorts named Aman Sveti Stefan — Villa Milocer at Republic of Montenegro.
By his exceptional talents in food creation, Chef Victor will definitely rejuvenate each and every dish into a new dimension Spanish cuisine for Tapas Y Vino Restaurant.
