Airbus participates in Thai Civil Aviation Exhibition commemorating 100 years of aviation in the Kingdom of Thailand

Bangkok--25 Jan--Total Quality PR Airbus, the leading aircraft manufacturer, recently participated in the Thai Civil Aviation Exhibition held recently at Don Muang airport. The Minister of Transport presided over the opening ceremony to commemorate a 100 years in Thai aviation, with a focus on the contributions and vision of HRH Crown Prince Maha Vajiralongkorn’s as a pilot and an aviation leader in Thailand. Airbus has long been a dedicated participant in Thai aviation since its first aircraft appeared in 1977. Airbus aircraft have continuously been very successful in Thailand and take pride in their unique concept of aircraft grouping, ensuring a unique level of operational commonality, contributing to significant savings for airlines. The Airbus booth was a major hit with key people in the aviation industry and the general public alike. This was proven by the amount of guests flocking to take photos and to catch a glimpse of the showcased Airbus A380 (super jumbo) mock up model aircraft, complete with every detail, down to the actual aircraft interior. The historical displays focused on aviation in Thailand over the past 100 years up to the present day, with an array of antique and modern aircraft, aircraft static displays, and all generations of flying enthusiasts attending the event.
