Head Chef of Hotel Beau-Rivage, Geneva and Chef of the year 2009 by Gault & Millau - Chef Dominique Gauthier, who was born in France and his culinary style has been developed over 28 years during which he has had culinary experiences in France and Geneva. Chef Dominique’s cuisine is lavished with praise for his use of natural products of the finest quality, his constant pursuit of simplicity and respect for the best of classic cuisine.
For dinner, a special five-course menu incorporating many ingredients will be prepared for couples enjoy every night for the special occasion at Ma Maison, an original fine dining restaurant with gorgeous views of tropical plants and botanical garden.
The famed chef creation set menu includes Foie gras duet in Thai mango and ginger jelly balsamic caramel, Scallop on endive fondue citrus emulsion and basil chiffonade, John Dory cooked on skin with Sarawak pepper crispy green asparagus butter flavoured with candied lemon and black olives, Steamed beef tenderloin rolled in truffle shavings Belle de Fontenay espuma and Pineapple macaroon, passion fruit and citronella jelly, coconut sherber.
