Indorama Ventures Plc (IVL), the world's leading producer of PET and PTA, today opened its first investment in China with executives of IVL and its bankers (Bangkok Bank and Kasikorn Bank) joining the event.
IVL had announced the acquisition of this plant late last year and the deal was closed this month. Among those present were Chanitr Charnchainarong, the Stock Exchange of Thailand's head for issuing and listing and members of the board of directors of IVL and its partners.
