Group Executive Chef Ramneek Lamba has created a memorable Valentine’s Day Set Dinner to be served Monday, 14 February at The Square, the hotel’s signature dining venue. The meal begins with an appetizer of Salmon and Avocado Tartare with Lemon Dressing, followed by Pumpkin Cream Soup with Truffle Oil. Guests select a main course of either Pan-seared Seabass and Asparagus Spears with Caper Olive Sauce or Grilled Beef Tenderloin on Wasabi Mash with Mushrooms Jus. A Valentine’s Day dessert should make for a memorably sweet moment, and the chef indeed does not disappoint with a delightful Favorite Tiramisu with New Zealand Hokey Pokey Ice Cream. The menu includes tea or coffee and is priced at THB 1,600++ per couple.
An already magical evening need not end there, for couples also can combine dinner with hotel accommodation. The option is priced at THB 3,800++ per couple and includes the above set dinner and one night’s stay in a Superior room with breakfast included.
