Aleenta Resort and Spa Thailand invites all couples to celebrate the Day of Romantic Love this February 14 with a set dinner menu uniquely created to enhance your affection amidst an enchanting seashore ambience that will make your hearts bloom like opening buds of red roses.
Aleenta Resort & Spa Pranburi presents its 5 course menu for couples to capture their true love by the golden sand of Pak Nampran Bay beach with a welcome glass of Champagne and chocolate covered strawberries followed by the set menu of Cobb Salad consisting of cos lettuce, grilled chicken, tomatoes, egg, bacon, avocado, blue cheese and special dressing and Chilled Cajun Vichyssoise soup with a taste of Cajun spices. Next comes an appetizer of Grilled assortment of fresh seafood so rich in nutrition and then the main course for your selection — BBQ ribeye steak with garlic mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables or BBQ Salmon with garlic, mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables. Finally sweeten your palate on this special night with a dessert of Tiramasu slice.
Vegetarian couples are not forgotten as they can order vegetable meals of their choice.

Aleenta Resort & Spa, Phan Nga, invites Valentine couples to join the celebration of romantic love with a five course menu on its pure white sand beach with the fresh sea breeze of the Andaman Sea. Preliminary in the menu is the resort’s famous “Cupidon” of King Scallops with golden potato Blinis, seaweed and oyster sauce, followed by Slow Emotion Steamed Lobster with ruby grapefruit sauce, and Spring flowers Petals, then Lover Apple Sorbet to break the set before the highlight of the evening, the scrumptious Slow Emotion Roasted Tasmanian Lamb Rack with mint couscous candy and a taste of spring Eden vegetables. Finally as an expression of sweet love befitting the occasion the Resort chef has selected for dessert Chocolate Heart which combines grand Marnier chiboust cream, strawberries and passion fruit pearls before he bids all “Sweet Valentine Dream”.
