Not to be outdone, Khun Charlie, our celebrity chef from San Francisco, and his culinary team have pulled out all the stops to make Monday, February 14th, 2011 a day to be remembered with 2 unforgettable, set menus. They are so tasty you’ll wish Valentine’s Day was celebrated for the whole month.
During the December Christmas food promotion, Khun Charlie tantalized his loyal diners’ taste buds with one of his own original recipes, Norwegian Stuffed Salmon served with Raspberry Cream Sauce. This particular dish received rave reviews and has been everyone’s favorite since its was first introduced. Khun Charlie has decided to bring this magnificent dish back just for one day only. When fresh crab meat and shrimp stuffing are accompanied by a tart but tantalizing raspberry cream sauce, an ordinary seafood dish is turned into ‘haute’ cuisine that is not to be missed.
For meat lovers, our celebrity chef recommends savoring a Stuffed Kurobuta Pork Chop served with Pineapple Sauce. Although the name is a Japanese term for depicting the quality of pork, the rich taste of Kurobuta dark meat combined with Khun Charlie’s special stuffing make this dish truly extraordinary.
Both menu offerings consist of 4-courses that include: vegetable cream soup, a green salad with Italian dressing, and a slice of strawberry cheese cake. For the unbelievable price Bht. 750.00++ per set, diners who order either set menu selection will also receive a complementary glass of sparkling wine. These two special set menus are served during dinning time on Monday, February 14th only. Reservations are highly recommended.
