Sivatel Bangkok’s newly opened pool-side dining venue, The Porch, makes for a romantic and relaxing setting on Valentine’s Day. Not only does the eighth-floor restaurant offers great views, but also a five-course set menu for 14 February only — Valentine’s Strawberry & Chocolate Dinner — likewise has been created with a definite view to romance.
Every course features either chocolate or strawberries, ingredients symbolising ardour and passion, while a number of sparkling wines ensure that strong feelings bubble throughout the evening.
Priced at THB 2,828++ per couple and THB 1,414++ per person, the menu includes highlights such as Saut้ed White Prawns with Herbs Accompanied with Dark Chocolate and Strawberry Coulis, Slow-roasted Australian Beef Cheeks with Chocolate served with Sweet Potato and Grilled Asparagus, and Chocolate Sabayon with Fresh Strawberry.
