Guests will be welcomed with a glass of champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries, before dining on a menu of Cobb salad and chilled Cajun Vichyssoise soup, followed by an appetiser of grilled assortment of seafood.
A choice of barbecued ribeye steak or salmon is available for the main course, accompanied by delicious garlic mash and grilled vegetables, while a vegetarian option is also available. A sweet treat of the Italian favourite tiramisu rounds up the romantic meal.

The resort’s renowned Cupidon of king scallops kicks off the meal, followed by slow-emotion steamed lobster with ruby grapefruit sauce. Maintaining the mood for love is the Lover Apple Sorbet served to cleanse the palate before dining on slow-emotion roasted Tasmanian rack of lamb with mint couscous and spring vegetables.
