The Sittipol 1919 announces 25% sales growth for Stanley lightings in 2010 and introduces new 35W motorcycle front head light manufactured with quality materials to ensure safety riding. The company sees brightness in the first quarter this year.
Seeing brightness in automotive lightings market in the first quarter this year, Mr. Pichet Tangkachaiyanan, Sales Manager of Stanley products at The Sittipol 1919, revealed that sales of Stanley automotive bulbs and lightings in 2010 have reached target with total sales of Bt225 million or 25% growth from 2009.
“Automotive bulbs and lightings market is benefiting from safety riding campaign that aims to build awareness on wearing helmets and turning front head light when riding motorcycles as well as the fact that consumers are emphasizing on quality products that can ensure safety with long lifespan. Although more expensive than other brands, Stanley lightings are more worthwhile as they give different feelings for users,” Pichet said.
The company has introduced new 35W motorcycle front head light which has passed standard testing to ensure its quality. The materials are of high quality and enable brighter light, resulting in clear visions to ensure safety riding even at night. They also help reducing soot build up in the light as well as expanding lifespan.
“Consumers have been using 35W front head light for a long time. Although various brands are available in the market, they are of different qualities—some are of low quality, short lifespan or too high watt, which might cause the front lamp and the terminals to melt,” Pichet said.
Meanwhile, Mr. Thanabool Chainarapiphat “Pop Taladnoi”, the owner of a well-known motorcycle repair shop in Talad Noi, said “More motorcyclists are switching to 35W front head light as it gives brighter light. Stanley is the most popular brand at our shop as it is of high quality and is reliable with long lifespan.
“Although more expensive than other brands, Stanley 35W front head light is trusted by our customers as products with lower qualities can result in higher repair costs.”
