Acting Co-CEO Andrew Shaw, ING Life Limited recently presided over the opening of its new facility in Udon Thani. The ING Life Limited Udon Thani branch office has been completely renovated and redecorated in order to better meet the needs of agents and their customers. The new office is easily accessible and is now more spacious and comfortable and offers increased parking for agents and customers who may come from out of town.
“The investment we’ve made in improving our Udon Thani branch is very much in line with our commitment to support our agency channel across Thailand in 2011. Our upcountry branches are key customer touch points for ING Life Limited and we want our agents to be proud when they bring a customer to the branch office. We are very pleased with the new look and feel of the Udon Thani branch office and we look forward to hearing from our agents as to how their customers react to the improvements,” said Acting Co-CEO Andrew Shaw, ING Life Limited.
