February, Sofitel Centara Grand Bangkok invites all Snow fish lovers to enjoy special “Snow Surprise” Food promotion at Don Giovanni Restaurant. Italian Chef Stefano will be using snow fish to create a selection of seafood dishes cooked to Italian recipes using lots of herbs and olive oil such as Baked snow fish with carrot and spinach served on marinated zucchini, white balsamic reduction (Bht.950++); Warm carpaccio of herb marinated snow fish and Tasmanian salmon, brandy reduction and rocket salad (Bht580++); Oven-baked Duo of spiny lobster tail and snow fish pave, home-made spinach linguine, truffle reduction (Bht1,200++); Pan-fried snow with morel mushroom crust eggplant and potato croquet, Pinot Grigio sauce (Bht1,100++); and Pink pepper crusted on snow fish, braised spinach, brandy shrimp bisque sauce (Bht990++). Our Wine Captain will be happy to suggest a wine that will perfectly complement your meal.
