Mitsubishi Motors Thailand reports total sales volume of January which has surpassed 4 thousand units for 3 consecutive months. The company also announces special interest rate staring at 0%* for Triton together with inviting customers to join free car checking 27 items and buying engine oil treatment and engine flush at special price at Mitsubishi dealers nationwide from now to April 5, 2011.
Mr. Koji Nakahara, EVP of Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Company Limited (MMTh) unveils that in January, Mitsubishi Motors still have excellent performance. The company has 104% sales growth to 4,458 units from 2,176 units in last year surpassing 4 thousand units for 3 consecutive months since November 2010. Triton is the main product that reached 2,690 units and has increased almost 200% year on year while Pajero Sport can reach 1,154 units, increasing 107.3% compared to the same period of last year. Meanwhile, the total sales of compact car including Lancer and Lancer EX increased 28.7 % with 520 units. MMTh forecasts that the total market will continually increase with 4-5% growth or 820,000 units in 2011. The positive factors are the increasing of civil servants salary, investment expansion and new product unveiled such as eco car and pick up. By this figure, Mitsubishi Motors Thailand aims to gain 6% market share or 50,000 units.
Mr. Nakahara adds about the company’ sales activity during this period that “In order to boost sales volume during February to April, MMTh will arrange a special sales campaign under the name "Mitsubishi Cool Summer Day” with special offers for those who are interested in Mitsubishi vehicles such as low interest rates starting at 0% *. Besides, in order to provide customers the most comfort in car maintenance and to create total customer satisfaction in after sales service among Mitsubishi clients, MMTh also offer free checking program for Mitsubishi vehicle MY11 onward for 3 years or 100,000 km. (which ever come earlier) with periodical checking of 1,000 km and every 10,000 km or 6 months.
