On last Monday 21 Febuary 2011 Thailand Culture sports and Tourism Department has held the Bangkok International Food Fair Press Conference at Auto Gallery on 2nd floor of Siam Paragon. MR Sukhumpan Boripat, Governor of Bangkok has presided over this press conference and also joined with Madame Nuro Chomanee, Master Chef from Blue Elephant Bangkok Restaurant and cooking school and Chef Pongtawat Chalermkittichai or “The Iron Chef Ian” to perform live food cooking. Miss Panward Hemmanee (Poei), popular actress and Miss Virithipa Pakdeeprasong or VJ Woonsena from Channal V Thailand, have also participated and joined in this event.
Bangkok International Food Fair 2011 will be held from March — April 2011 at 3 locations which are Pace Paragon square, Siam Paragon (2-6 March 2011), Benjasiri Park (16-20 March 2011) and Central World (30 March — 3 April 2011) with the concept “BKK International Food Fair: All time with Rich in Happiness “. In this fair, there are many line-up eventful and exciting activities which are including enjoying the taste of variety international food cuisine from the embassy, the 5 stars hotel and the popular restaurants in Thailand, Thai and International food Exhibition, international popular food menu with multi media presentation and various competition from professional chef to cooking school student. There are also many entertaining activities including Thai Puppet Show, Gu-Zheng Performance, Special show from Korea, Japanese Dance, International Copy Show and many more.
