High-end property developer, Sukhothai Capital Co., Ltd., is to launch “MODENA Condominiums and Pool-villas” in Pranburi with a project value of 400MB. The unique selling points are: outstanding design, excellent green credentials and a 5-star Concierge Service”.

The project consists of 31 units — 4 pool-villas and 27 condominiums (1BR, 2BR, 3BR). Prices start at 3.4MB and go up to 26.8MB for one of the pool-villas. Almost all units have excellent ocean views as well as attractive mountain views.

We use GRAY WATER RECYCLING, which is household wastewater that does not contain sewage being reused for irrigation. Also choose the material to be built which can reduce the inside temperature by at least 30%. Moreover, 50% of the space in MODENA is common space to emphasize a genuine luxury resort lifestyle where people switch freely between indoor and outdoor spaces” says Jon.
