Koh Samui, Thailand — For the fourth time, the food lovers’ favourite event on Koh Samui, by the already well-known five restaurants, The View Restaurant & Wine Lounge, Nikki Beach Restaurant & Bar, The Cliff Bar & Grill, Red Snapper, and Rocky’s organized another beyond successful extravaganza, the fourth Secret Chef Society.
This fourth Secret Chef Society dinner took place at The Resident Roof Top of The View Restaurant of KC Resort & Over Water Villas on Friday 18th February. DJ Andy Vier made sure that the mood was right with his carefully selected playlist for the night. There was also the addition of an Arabian tent with selection of Shishas with blended tobacco.
It is clear that the Secret Chef Society had expanded quickly, this fourth installation was bigger than ever with over 100 members and guests attending including Ms. Saiphayom Somsuk, Chief of Koh Samui Tourism Coordination Center, TAT, Dr. Bannasat Ruangjan, President of TAKS, Mr. Oliver Irvine, Assistant Editor, 2 Magazine, Ms. Arparporn Thientanavanich, Editor in Chief, W5 Magazine, Ms. Chailda Ekvitthayavechnukul, Editorial Assistant, Lifestyle + Travel Magazine, Mr. Dirk Baumgartl, Editor in Chief, Spartacus Traveler and many more.
Attendees enjoyed the outstanding culinary creations prepared by the five Chefs of the Secret Chef Society. The evening was enhanced by artful wine matching, courtesy of Ambrose which completed the experience. The party continued late into the night under the stunning moonlight with the attendees enjoying the music, wine and the view.
About Secret Chef Society: Diners who attend one of the participating restaurants and amount a bill upwards of the considerably reasonable minimum price per person will automatically be awarded admittance to The Society. In departure from the more common, typically bothersome diner’s clubs, patrons will promptly be given a sleek membership card at the conclusion of their meal which will detail the other venues they are immediately granted VIP access to. Upon arrival at one of the esteemed restaurants of The Society, the customer need only present their club card in order to begin enjoying the advantages, commencing with preferred seating at a uniquely adorned table and a complimentary glass of sparkling wine. Aside from being given the standard restaurant menu, they will also be presented with a select, preferential menu restricted to Society members that will consist of dishes from the host Chef’s innermost inspiration and fancy.
