Maison Tardieu - Laurent Wine Dinner with Guest Chef Reine Sammut Friday 11 March 2011 at The Reflexions
That renowned redoubt of contemporary French cuisine, The Reflexions restaurant at Plaza Ath?n?e Bangkok, A Royal M?ridien Hotel, has arranged a rare pairing between some of the most talked-about new order French wines and a leading light of the country’s Provencal-meets-Mediterranean cuisine movement, for one special night of fine dining only.
The exclusive wine dinner will feature Maison Tardieu-Laurent Wines from the Rhone Valley and five gourmet courses personally prepared by special guest chef Reine Sammut, courtesy of the one Michelin Star Auberge La Feniere restaurant in Lourmarin, Provence, France, working closely with The Reflexions’ Chef de Cuisine Thibault Chiumenti and the highly experienced team.
