Hard Rock International is giving local bands the chance to win a spot on the lineup at Hard Rock Calling 2011 in London Hyde Park, one of the most anticipated music festivals in the world! In celebrating of the brands 40th Anniversary, Hard Rock is launching its first Global Ambassadors of Rock Battle of the Bands, giving the rocks tars of tomorrow the opportunity of a lifetime.
Date of final Battle : Friday, 11th March 2011
Rocking time : 4.30pm onwards
Venue : Hard Rock Cafe Pattaya
On this day, 7 finalist of local bands namely Clearly in Play, Luminasion, Circle Green, Amusement Band, 49 Sundae, Psycho Party and Sven would be battling it out and the winner, would move on to Regional Final phase! Band that made it would be posted on hardrock.com where fans worldwide will vote on their favorites from each region.
The regional winners will be flown to London, treated like rock-stars and given on the bill at Hard Rock Calling 2011 from 24 June to 26 June in London Hyde Park. The band that received the most fan votes will open for one of the festival’s iconic headliners on the MAIN STAGE of Hard Rock Calling 2011.!
