In the efforts to attract local and international visitors and Chiang Mai residents as well as to create a new page of history for the City of Chiang Mai, the music, art and entertainment extravaganza “Chiang Mai Fest 2011” will be held on April 8 to 10 at The Three Kings Monument and Chiang Mai Arts and Cultural Centre.
