Bangkok--10 Mar--Bangkok Bank Bangkok Bank Executive Vice Presidents Virasak Sutanthavibul (3rd from right) presented Baht 1 million to Thammasat University Rector Professor Dr. Somkit Lertpaithoon (2nd from left), M.R. Bangkok Bank has supported the ‘Asia Venture Challenge 2011’ business plan competition, formerly Thammasat Asia Moot Corp competition, for seven consecutive years. The competition is organized by Thammasat Business School and will be held from March 8-10 at the Plaza Athenee Hotel, Bangkok. This year’s contest has drawn 13 teams of contenders who are pursuing their master’s degree in business administration at well-known universities in eight countries namely China, Hong Kong, India, South Korea, Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, and the Philippines. This support reflects Bangkok Bank’s commitment to encouraging and developing new generation of potential Thai entrepreneurs and business people for the future.
