Mitsubishi Motors Thailand focuses on After Sales Service by offering 3-year free checking program for Lancer Ex, Triton and Pajero Sport 11MY onward in order to increase customer satisfaction from quality service.
Mr. Koji Nakahara, EVP of Mitsubishi Motors (Thailand) Co., Ltd (MMTh) informs about announcement to extend free checking program for 11 MY of Mitsubishi Lancer Ex, Triton and Pajero Sport for 3 years or 100,000 Km. in order to increase customer confidence in quality of Mitsubishi Products and company’ services operation.
“After-sales service is one of company’s priorities as it is the key factor that influences on customers buying decision. For MMTh, we give important to Service Center and Spare Parts area as well as to establish after sales service standard. Not only the free checking program that helps customer to save their money in term of car maintenance but to check the car regularly following our program will help to extend car using period and also keep the car ready to use. Moreover, customers can be confident in our services and count on long experiences technician team at our nationwide dealership.” Mr. Nakahara said.
According to the new program, the customers who join this periodical checking of 1,000 kilometers and every 10,000 kilometers or 6 month (whichever comes earlier), will get “Diamond Warrantee” for 5 years or 150,000 kilometers (whichever come earlier).
Mr. Nakahara also adds that to be in consistent with delivering a quality service, MMTh has put hard effort in the past few years in making Mitsubishi Spare Parts to be able to compete in the market. As the result from being the production hub of pickup for global market and using more local content for all models, MMTh consequently nowadays can offer Mitsubishi customers the competitive genuine parts with high quality. In term of availability of spare parts at nationwide dealership, they have been reserved to cater the number of customers coming for the service while delivery system has been improved controlled by delivery time standard; twice a day for Bangkok and boundary and within the next days for upcountry”
